I am trying to put lesson24 to use, but when i try to change to another font things go wrong. The font texture is the same size (256*256) so i get 16*16 for each char. The chars are at the same position. But i only get readable text with tga that comes with the example. I cannot see any logic why it is not working.

Are you using the Bitmap Font Builder from Thom Wetzel, jr?
When i use these tga's with my own classes i became also an unreadable text. Try open and save tga's with an program like photoshop. When i do this all works fine.

Hey now i the right text, but upside down Now that should be easy to fix.

Are there any other tools for building tga bitmap fonts? I go mad with opening and saving.
