I try to make a 3d shoot em up with 2d style...
The spaceship the buildings the trees is in 3d and the movin in a 2d canvas...

Do you know any examples about that...
Simply is the best ....

Please explain in more detail what you want to do and where the problem is. The topic is to broad i guess.

No i just looking and not found a simple example how to handle 3d objects in a 2d canvas
I know you say i can put a background image and the rest can be 3d but i want a start something similar maybe something better i thought .....

There is no real difference between 2D and 3D in OpenGL. For correct ordering of you polygons and pixels you will even need a depth buffer even in 2D.

The only difference is that you might want to use glOrtho instead of gluPerspective.
