MISC:

Im wondering how to make a "window" in opengl. With windows any objects in a window that are partaly outside the window are "cliped", im wondering if there is anything in opengl that will allow you to specify "bounds" where if an object is outside these bounds only the part thats inside will be drawn. If not im guessing it can be acheved with multipul viewports?

NEWTON:

Would it be posible with newton to make part of a model ragdolled and the other controled with animation (i.e say u shoot a zombie in the arm, his arm then hangs down and flaps about with his movement)?
Im guessing its possible to repel and attract objects? (i.e HL2 grav gun)

Just build up the whole model with a ragdoll and freeze the bones. Now animate them by yourself, and if e.g. the arm get's hit, unfreeze the arm's bones so that they react like the bones of a ragdoll.

Yes, that's something you need to do by yourself in the force-and-torque callback.
