This is nice,
i planed a while ago a class TStateManager with sub classes like TBlendFunction, or TAlphaFunction etc.

Without a state system, it happen often errors like forgot a glDisable(GL_BLEND) or something.

Of course a state system, has more than blend and alpha func.
