Will there be linux support included in the opengl 1.5 dglopengl.pas file? There is linux support inside the opengl12.pas file. |

Delphic is working on it, so yes, dglOpenGL.pas will also support Linux in the near future. |

yeah, i'm working on it... the port of the glx functions is nearly done, the dglopengl unit will be next - differences mainly concern loading of function pointers, so this will not take a long time. i think i will have completed my work within next weekend. |

I know the SigSev-Errors when building an OpenGl Application with Kylix ... I self tryed it some time ago ... But DelphiC found the reason an posted a solution in this thread: http://www.kylixforum.de/forum/viewtopi ... 5&start=15 (but he uses an Kylix-Form an a panel ... but should also work with a "hand made" window) |

the problem was wrong reference to libGL.so that did not exist on my pc libGL.so.1 does exist so i use that on now (no sigsegv error anymore, but still no opengl). I better take a look on how glXChooseVisual is handled by DelphiC. Thanks. |
